You run the room.
They work the phones.
Hire brokers and put them on a desk. Each desk works one real tokenised stock — Apple, Nvidia, Tesla — and every session pays the floor out in it. Promote your people and your cut of the pot goes up with them.
Hiring is the whole entry. There is no collectible and nothing to flip — a desk is a row against your address and cannot be sold on, so a title means somebody worked for it.

Runner to Managing Partner — seven to one out of the same pot. Six of the eight titles are capped; the bottom two never are.
The floor
Twelve of the room, turning over as people are moved around it. Pick one up and see what running a floor actually is.
Hire a broker
100,000 $PEN, half of it burned on the spot. They start as a Runner and are on the draw from the next session.
They work a book
Each desk runs one ticker. Sessions settle in that desk's own stock, wired to your address — no claiming and no vesting.
Promote them
A Managing Partner draws 7.0× out of the same pot a Runner draws 1.0× from. Earned on the phones, not by wiring more money.
Induction
Three things worth understanding before your first session. Silent, looping, thirty seconds all in.
Fees land in one pot. When it fills, any address can open the session and takes 0.5% for the gas.
Six seats in the whole firm. Never promoted into — only ever taken in a shoot-out against a named holder.
Your weight is your slice of the pot. It sets the size of a share and never whether there is one.
The book
Read from the chain every twelve seconds, not from us. Where a figure needs a contract that is not deployed, it prints a dash and says why.
The head of the chain, read from its own node every twelve seconds. This one is live.
Traded volume across the six tokenised equities the draw settles in, summed from the chain explorer.
Addresses holding any of the six tickers. Not people on the floor — that needs a contract which is not live yet.
How many desks are held across the firm. Needs the floor contract, which is not deployed, so there is nothing to count.
70% of every fee lands here. No contract, no fees, no pot — this fills in on the day it goes live.
How close the pot is to the threshold that lets any address open a session.
Half of every hire and all of every buy-in, removed from supply permanently.
Tokenised stock actually delivered to addresses, valued at the oracle price at the moment of payment.
The eight titles
Weight multiplies your share of every session. Seats caps how many can hold a title at once. Buy-in is where money is still allowed to talk, and it stops at Broker.
| Title | Points | Weight | Buy-in | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Runner fetches the tickets | — | 1.0× | — | On the draw from your first session, at 1.0× |
Cold Caller works the phone bank | 40 | 1.4× | 100,000 | Right to call a shoot-out |
Junior Broker a book of their own | 120 | 1.9× | 300,000 | Own quota, own book |
Broker runs a book | 300 | 2.5× | 700,000 | Trial by session. Last desk money can buy. |
Senior Broker runs a phone bank | 700 | 3.3× | — | Sets the desk call for the session |
Desk Head runs a desk | 1,400 | 4.3× | — | Vote on the inventory |
Partner runs a floor | 2,600 | 5.5× | — | Standing to claim the corner office |
Managing Partner runs the firm | 5,000 | 7.0× | — | Rotate the desk ticker |
Six desks, six books
The pot splits by each desk's share of the session's volume, then pays each slice in that desk's own stock. The names are ours and no company here is involved.
What can go wrong
The pot is redistributed trading fees. A quiet session is a small pot, and your title sets your share of it rather than adding to it.
The draw follows volume
A slow week is a smaller pot for the whole floor. Your weight decides the size of your slice, never the size of the pot.
Seats at the top are capped
Senior Broker and above are limited to 349 seats across the firm. Once a title is full the only way in is a shoot-out against a named holder.
Money stops at Broker
Above it there is no price — points earned on the phones, a reinvest out of your own balance, and time actually served in the title below.
The owner can withdraw
The contracts include an owner withdrawal and it reaches the pot, not only the treasury. Said here rather than buried in a document.
Stock liquidity is thin
On-chain pools for tokenised stock are shallow and one of the six has none at all, so sessions settle from pre-funded inventory at the oracle price.
Not open everywhere
Swapping into tokenised stock is restricted for US residents. A draw is redistributed fees — not a dividend, not equity, not a claim on anything.
