Half the firm is for sale.
Rank is purchasable up to Broker and no further. Three steps or one bundle, paid in $PEN and burned in full on receipt — a pure supply sink, not revenue. Senior Broker and above are taken with points, a reinvest and time served, and the corner office is only ever taken by contest.

Runner → Broker
No discount and no bonus — the bundle costs exactly what the three cost separately. It exists to save two signatures, not money.
Where the money goes
All of it is burned. Not half, not most — every $PEN spent buying rank is destroyed on receipt. None of it reaches the draw and none of it reaches us.
That is the reason buying rank is allowed at all. A ladder you can pay to climb is a bad idea if the payment becomes somebody’s revenue; it is a supply sink if it becomes nothing.
Where it stops
Broker is the last desk money can buy, and the floor is deliberate rather than accidental. Money gets you onto the floor and partway up it. It does not get you the firm.
Senior Broker, Desk Head and Executive are points, a reinvest and time served. The corner office is never bought and never promoted into — only taken by contest.
What it does not buy
Not points. Buying to Broker leaves your points at zero, so the climb above it starts from nothing — a bought rank is a weight, not a head start.
Not an exit either. A desk cannot be sold on, so a buy-in is spent rather than parked — the only way out of it is to stop turning up.

The contracts are not deployed, so nothing on this page can be bought. The prices above are the ones written into the design, not a live quote — they will read from the chain the day it is live. The code is in the repository .
